Intermediate Yoga Summer Drop-In Classes on Saturdays at 3:30-5pm
If it’s sunny skies before you head to class please put on sun screen
& bring your own mat. Waylon will take you on an adventure &
take your yoga practice outdoors to the grassy park nearby!
If it’s raining…Waylon will teach an adventurous practice indoors
in the beautiful Exhale Studio.

9:30am Kundalini, 12-1pm Hatha Yoga, 5:30pm Hatha Yoga
& 8pm Yoga/Pilates is ON!
