She is currently enrolled in the Balanced Body teacher training program. She enjoys teaching all levels of mat Pilates and especially using small apparatus such as bands, weights, small balls, etc.
Fran continues her studies in both Pilates and yoga by reading and attending workshops to deepen her knowledge and understanding of the principles of proper execution of postures or movements to enhance the students’ enjoyment in her classes and to assist those students with special needs. She is involved in presenting workshops in a yoga teacher training program and also volunteers to teach classes and yoga workshops at non-profit organizations such as YWCA and Gordon House Youth Search.
Fran loves to teach and teaches from her heart and believes that no matter what you do, it should be fun and from a joyful heart.
Fran’s classes are exciting, fun and challenging using various small props such as the bands and Pilates 8” balls.
She will awaken your deepest core muscles and tone your whole body. You will leave the class “walking tall” and breathing fully!
