
Drop-in Prenatal Yoga Classes
Sundays at 12 - 1:10pm with Elan

Nurture yourself and your growing baby with Hatha yoga, in a comfortable and
supportive atmosphere. Yoga will help you balance your hormones, relieve stress
and re-energize you. Use how to learn use your breath and visualization to
prepare you for birth. The class is tailored to the changing needs of the
expectant mother. The class will help prepare the pelvic muscles, hips and
legs for childbirth. Also, it will be a great place to connect with other
expecting mothers.
